Screen readers and larger text

The pages use headings, landmarks, descriptive links and text alternatives for meaningful images. The “Skip to content” link moves past the header.

Browser zoom can enlarge text. The layout is designed to reflow without sideways scrolling.

Written contact and the relay service

The essential website information is written. You can email [email protected] instead of calling.

If you use the National Relay Service, find the current call options (opens in a new tab).

More time or fewer steps

Ask for plain language, one question at a time or help from someone you trust.

Your first enquiry does not need a diagnosis, NDIS number or plan document.

Keyboard and touch

Use Tab to move forward, Shift and Tab to move back, Enter or Space to activate controls, and Escape to close an open menu.

Links and controls have visible focus indicators and are sized for touch as well as a mouse or keyboard.

Report a website problem

Name the page or task that was difficult and say how you would prefer to receive the information.

Call 0408 880 560 or 0409 009 921, or email [email protected].
